Frequently Asked Questions

Starting an engagement, who does what, and how the work runs.

At a glance

  1. Starting

No NDA, a fast reply and a scope proposal.

  2. Responsibilities

Highbrink runs it; your team sets the rules.

  3. Over time

    Four stages, repeated every cycle.

Getting started

  • Do I need to sign an NDA to start?

No. No NDA is needed to start the conversation.

  • How quickly will I hear back?

You will receive a reply within one business day of your inquiry.

  • What happens before a contract?

If there is a fit, Highbrink books a first working session and then provides a scope proposal before any contract.

Working together

  • What does Highbrink do, and what does my team do?

Highbrink runs market mapping and account research, signal tracking, message drafting and sending, follow-up and replies, and qualification with handoff notes.

Your team sets the Buy Box and guardrails, approves messaging, takes qualified meetings and closes the business.

  • Who approves what goes out?

You do. Messaging is approved by your team and sent within agreed contact rules and pacing.

  • What counts as a qualified opportunity?

One that clears the bar agreed with your team during the Align stage. Only those opportunities are handed over, with notes.

Over time

  • Is this a one-off project?

No. An engagement runs in four stages (Align, Map, Engage, Compound) that repeat every cycle, and each cycle’s results sharpen the next.

  • Which markets do you work in?

Energy, B2B services, technology, financial services and industrial businesses, and the method adapts to other complex B2B markets.
